Ghost Manor is a copyrighted audiovisual work. Its scenes, animations, projections, figures, and show program (the “Show”) are original works fixed in advance and played back for you each night. The music you hear belongs to its respective owners.

We love seeing your photos and clips. This policy says what you may do with them without asking, and what requires permission. Permission is granted only as stated here. Everything else is reserved.

Photo / Video Policy

Smart phones and point-and-shoot digital cameras without interchangeable lenses are allowed for recording Content that is personal and non-commercial in nature (non-sponsored and not directly or indirectly monetized), strictly subject to the limitations below:

You may, without asking:

• Take photos and short video clips with a phone or a point-and-shoot camera for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share them with friends and family and post them on your own personal, non-monetized accounts, pages, or blog.
• Post brief excerpts only: no more than 60 seconds of any one scene, and no more than three clips per visit. Clips must be your own, cover only a small portion of a scene, and not be stitched into a full or substantially full scene.

You may not, without written permission:

• Livestream, broadcast, or otherwise transmit the Show, in whole or in part, on any platform or service.
• Record, post, or distribute a complete or substantially complete scene or song, in any medium, for any purpose.
• Sell or monetize any photo or video of the Show, directly or indirectly. This includes LIVE gifts, tips, donations, subscriptions, memberships, ad revenue, sponsorships, affiliate links, paid shout-outs, and merchandise.
• Post Show content on any account or channel that is monetized or intended to be monetized, on any platform, whether or not the particular post earns money.
• Use the Show in advertising, promotion, or any commercial production.
• Use interchangeable-lens cameras, tripods, drones, or other production equipment on or around the property.

Press, creators, and anyone unsure. Ask first. Email us via our contact form with who you are, what you want to record, and where it will appear. We say yes often. Permission, when given, is limited to what the written reply states.

Enforcement. Any use outside this policy is unlicensed. Permission under this policy is revoked as to any person who violates it, and we will pursue takedowns and other remedies for unauthorized use, including monetized use.
